International cooperation and events

Aufgabenbereiche
Responsibilities
- General communication within the IWK, drafting newsletters to member associations so that they can communicate these to their members on their websites.
- Establishing connections with member associations, recording their questions and requests, and presenting them at meetings.
- Recording international events organised by member associations and publicising them on the websites of the member associations and the IWK.
- At least once a year, a joint event should be held in which all IWK representatives participate, if possible, and a live meeting should also take place. The working group supports the board in organising this and in presenting at the event (framework).
- Planning and preparation of joint IWK events (of the Executive Board – in the sense of coming together and talking).
- The most important point is the expansion of the IWK into a true world association, i.e. all European countries should be included (i.e. Italy, Spain, Nordic countries, other Eastern countries, etc.), and distant countries such as the USA and Canada would also be important. The prerequisite is always acceptance of the FCI standards.
- To this end, we are constantly working on ways to accept new members.
- Recruiting member clubs and mentoring them, i.e. supporting them in the admission process, etc. – right up to their admission to participate in the working groups ...
- How do we communicate about the IWK (outside the IWK member clubs)? To this end, the working group will collaborate with the ‘International cooperation and events’ group and develop communication options via SocMe and the web for the IWK. If a country is already a member country and is not actively participating, then motivate that country and ensure that something happens and that we are an active group.
- Establishment and expansion of digital cooperation, internet and data exchange
- Allgemeine Kommunikation innerhalb des IWK, Newsletter-Entwürfe an die Mitgliedsvereine, damit diese diese auf deren Webseiten an deren Mitglieder kommunizieren können.
- Herstellen der Verbindungen zu Mitgliedsvereinen und der Erfassung der dortigen Fragen und Wünsche und Vortragen in den Sitzungen.
- Internationale Veranstaltungen der Mitgliedsvereine erfassen und auf der Website der Mitgliedsvereine und des IWK publik machen.
- Mind. einmal im Jahr sollte eine gemeinsame Veranstaltung an der möglichst alle Repräsentanten des IWK teilnehmen und damit auch eine Live-Versammlung stattfinden, die Arbeitsgruppe unterstützt den Vorstand in der Organisation dieser und dem Auftritt auf der Veranstaltung (Rahmen).
- Planung und Vorbereitung gemeinsame IWK-Veranstaltungen (des Vorstandes – im Sinne Zusammenkommen und Reden) .
- Wichtigster Punkt ist die Ausweitung des IWK auf einen echten Weltverband, d.h. es sollten alle europäischen Länder mit unter das Dach (also Italien, Spanien, Nord-Länder, andere Ost-Länder … etc.) auch ferne Länder wie USA, Kanada wären wichtig … Voraussetzung ist immer die Akzeptanz der FCI-Standards.
- Hierzu erarbeiten der Möglichkeiten immer wieder neue Mitglieder aufzunehmen.
- Anwerben von Mitgliedsvereinen und Mentoring dieser, d.h. unterstützen beim Aufnahmeverfahren, etc. – bis hin nach der Aufnahme zum Mitwirken in den Arbeitsgruppen …
- Wie kommunizieren wir über den IWK (außerhalb der IWK-Mitgliedsvereine)? Hierzu Zusammenarbeit der Arbeitsgruppe mit der Gruppe „International cooperation and events“ und Erarbeiten von Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten über SocMe und Web für den IWK. Sofern ein Land bereits Mitgliedsland ist und nicht aktiv mitwirkt, dann Motivation dieses Landes und sich kümmern, dass etwas passiert und wir eine aktive Gruppe sind.
- Aufbau und Ausbau digitale Zusammenarbeit, Internet und Datenaustausch .
